Agreement to terms

Our services

We provide website design, digital marketing, ecommerce, web development, SEO, and website maintenance services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any individual project are set out in the quote or project agreement we send you, which forms part of our agreement together alongside these terms.

Quotes, payment and refunds

Pricing is quoted up front and agreed before work starts. Payment terms, including any deposit and final payment, are set out in your individual project agreement. Because our work is custom and begins as soon as a project is confirmed, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are outlined in that agreement rather than a blanket policy here.

Intellectual property

Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final deliverables, such as the finished site design or written copy we created for you, transfers to you. We retain the right to reuse general techniques, tools, and know-how developed during a project, and to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

We work carefully to deliver reliable websites and services, but we don’t guarantee that the site or our services will be uninterrupted or completely error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services.

These terms, together with any individual project agreement or quote we’ve sent you, make up the entire agreement between you and niyitech studios regarding your use of this site and our services.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these terms will remain in full effect.
