A landline is a type of telephone that uses a set of wires that carries phone signals (metal wire) instead of mobile cellular, which uses radio waves for transmission. Landline, also called home phone is no longer as ordinary as it used to be.
Most people still use landlines even though they are more expensive than most cell phones because they are easier to use in emergencies. They also work during an electrical outage, and they don’t need to be charged.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Landline (BSNL) is an Indian government enterprise and a telecommunications entity headquartered in New Delhi, India. It is the fourth most popular landline in India and the most commonly used.
It enjoys all the benefit that comes with using a landline, and also all the disadvantages. Apart from the fact that it is highly unreliable and a few security concerns, it is extremely difficult to get hold of the incoming call details. In this article, I’ll show you a few ways to get hold of BSNL landline incoming call history.
The only way to get your landline incoming call history is to be a registered member. You can only get your history online after you register and have been logged into their portal successfully.
All you have to do is create an account on the BSNL Self Care website, log in and check the call history. You can probably check as far as the previous three months.
You will also be able to get the detailed usage call records for your BSNL Landline Broadband Services with the time and date of each call along with charged call rate for the completed duration.
After creating your account and adding your correct user ID and password, you will then reach the home page, where you can check your incoming call history and even your phone bills, all in the menu.
You can also easily approach the BSNL customer service directly and request for BSNL landline incoming call details. Although it may take them a while before getting back to you, they will eventually get back to you.
There is various third parties application for getting hold of your incoming call details. Applications like True Callers, Call Recorder, etc., would easily give you your call history without stress. Still, it only works for the BSNL mobile number, not landline numbers.
